Electronic Scrap Collection at Green Up Day in Charlotte

Sustainable Charlotte Vermont will be organizing the collection of electronics (not called waste or scrap anymore since so much of it is reused)at this year’s Green Up Day at Charlotte Central School on Hinesburg Road.  Bring your old and unused electronics in to be recycled safely, and keep them out of the landfill!  You do not need to live in Charlotte to bring your electronics recycling.

The drop-off location can accept items such as:  computers and their components, DVDs, VCRs, stereos, phones, record players, radios, TVs, laptops, video machines, microwaves, small kitchen electronics and their various cords and chargers.  Please note that we cannot accept larger appliances such as: air conditioners, stoves, refrigerators, washers and dryers.
